Though, no reason not to be there if the desktop version has it, and other iOS browsers have it. No Onion/Tor browser, but this I can understand a bit more.
Very frustrating when nearly everything else does. When in Landscape, tapping at the top of the screen does not scroll to the top of the page (on iPhone). Screen reader is really buggy (two fingers downs from the top of the screen. When using a mouse, a single click registers as highlighting the text, and not always a click. YouTube (desktop view) popup for profile view (and others) does not work.
